Interior Demolition in Port St. Lucie & the Treasure Coast
Surgical strip-outs — walls, cabinets, ceilings, flooring and fixtures removed without touching the shell.
Interior demolition is the first real day of a remodel, and how it is done sets the tone for everything after it. We strip homes, offices, restaurants and retail suites down to studs, slab and shell so the framing, plumbing and electrical trades can start on a clean surface instead of working around your old kitchen.
Our crews work hand-tool and small-machine first inside occupied buildings: dust barriers at the openings, floor protection on the path to the door, and negative-pressure control where it matters. Debris goes straight out to the container rather than piling up in the next room.
For Treasure Coast condo and HOA remodels we work inside association hours, protect elevators and corridors, and keep the daily volume of debris low enough that nobody files a complaint about your project.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
Can I live in the house during an interior demolition?
Often yes for a single-room remodel with proper containment. For a full gut, plan to be out — water and power to the work area get shut down.
Do you remove load-bearing walls?
Only with an engineer's detail and the proper shoring. That falls under selective demolition and we price it accordingly.
How fast is a kitchen gut-out?
A standard kitchen is usually a single day including load-out.
Do you handle popcorn ceilings?
Yes. Ceilings installed before the mid-1980s should be tested first, and we will tell you when that applies.
