Speedy Demolition Services LLC is a demolition and site-preparation contractor operating out of Port St. Lucie and working throughout Florida's Treasure Coast, Martin County, Indian River County and northern Palm Beach County.
We built the company around a simple observation: on most construction projects, demolition is the phase that runs late, leaves a mess and hands the next trade a problem. So we run it the opposite way. The scope gets marked before we quote. The permits and disconnects get confirmed before we mobilize. The debris leaves as we go instead of piling up on the lot. And the site is turned over graded, swept or broom-clean depending on what the next crew actually needs.
That approach works the same whether the job is a full house teardown on a quarter-acre lot in the original sections of Port St. Lucie, a night-shift restaurant strip-out in an occupied plaza, or a 2.4-acre clearing job on an acreage parcel in Palm City.
